Held in a beautiful and spacious house with a lake,
a fireplace, a spiral garden, and vast pine forests all around.

contemplation and inner clarity,

Rather than
only sitting in stillness,
as in traditional silent retreats,
we invite the whole body into the field
through free movement, somatic pratices
devotional singing and voice activation, creating
space for a more integrated and embodied presence.

refraining from conversation & digital distractions,
allowing the mind and nervous system to unwind.
