My life journey
has been my most faithful guide.
A sacred dance of reconnection, shedding, and blooming,
shaped by an innate trust in life.
Over the years, this trust has deepened into an ever-growing knowing that, beneath it all, love is present, even in the challenges.
Like a river carving its bed through stone,
I’ve journeyed through trauma, transformation, and deep surrender.
I've shed what no longer serves me, and continue to soften
into deeper layers of being.

Born in France and
rooted in Denmark since the age of 21,
I followed the whisper of my heart in 2022
and let go of my possessions.
A new nomadic
chapter unfolded,
carrying me through
Mexico, Bali, New Zealand,
Australia, India, France & Spain
- each place offering soul codes,
divine encounters, and invitations
to both ground and radiate frequency.
With 30 years of meditation and inner exploration,
my life is mainly anchored in heartfulness.
Life is an endless journey to be lived and felt.
I still meet new layers of contraction
and walk them slowly,
with patience and devotion.
