Like a river carving its bed through stone,
I’ve journeyed through trauma, transformation, and deep surrender,
unlearning what no longer served, and slowly softening
into the deeper layers of being.

​Born in France and rooted in Denmark for 28 years,
I followed the whisper of my heart in 2022
and let go of my possessions.
A new nomadic
chapter unfolded,
carrying me through
Mexico, Bali, New Zealand,
Australia, India, France, and Spain
- each place offering soul codes,
sacred encounters, and invitations
to both ground and radiate frequency.

With 29 years of meditation and inner exploration,
my life is anchored in stillness and heartfulness.

I still meet new layers of contraction,
and walk them slowly, with patience and devotion.
