I see myself as a lover of truth, authenticity and kindness. A worshiper of beauty. There is a trust and love for life within that has always been there, as well as a unwavering curiosity towards people and animals.
The greatest education of all is our Life Experience, carving inner knowing and wisdom. As most of all of us on the spiritual path, my Soul chose to go through deeply traumatic experiences in the first stage of life, in order to ignite a deep longing for happiness, self-healing and -discovery. A perfectly designed journey to (un)learn and expand, unfolding precious heart lotus petals of unique divine expression, love and compassion along the way.
At the age of 21, I leave France for an au pair job in Denmark, where I end up staying for 28 years. A year later, the spiritual journey begins, with yoga and meditation first. Being shown one step at the time, how to ground, feel, melt the ice within, shed countless layers, concepts and beliefs that truly don't belong to me. Slowly reconnecting with my body and deeply repressed emotions, shadows and light. And with Source.
It has been a path of profound transformation and rebirth, with the help of my soul family and many tools and healing modalities. Briefly, with various meditation techniques, satsang, free movement, yoga, devotional singing, intuitive voicing, a year in mother India, as well as an ocean of self development/ spiritual workshops, retreats and plant medicine ceremonies with native shamans, tantra, channeling, etc..
There is now a deep clarity of nature of reality on this never ending journey of integration and stabilizing. Behind life's inevitable ups and downs, a sense of trust, and love-bliss-peace is ever present.
In september 2022, I listen to a heart whisper. The world has been calling. So I close the danish chapter, sell and give everything away and move to Mexico. After seven magical months, life takes a surprising turn and brings me on the other side of mother earth to Bali, the island of Gods. Such beauty and powerful vortex in Ubud. After eight intense months in paradise, end 2023, the winds of change show me the way again, and here I am now in New Zealand, such a beautiful country that feels like home.
What makes my heart sing is to inspire and support people in ending the search and come home: to find peace within, and fall -or rather rise- in love with the highest. Truth. The absolute. And start living the life we have come here to. Being present, surrendering to the flow of life each moment, doing what we love, sharing our unique gifts.
